Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for ordering with us! We want you to love what you ordered, but if something doesn’t feel right, please let us know — we’re here to help!

1. Damaged Product / Wrong Size / Wrong Item Received

  • We offer a free exchange in such cases.
  • Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • We will raise a pickup request.
  • Once the product reaches us and passes inspection, we will ship your replacement product(s).

2. Didn’t Like the Product / Size Issue / Other Reasons

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery.
  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will ship your exchange product.
  • Reverse shipment fee of up to ₹100 will be charged.

3. Return for Coupon Credit

  • A website coupon equal to the order amount minus shipping will be issued after inspection.
  • The coupon will be valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
  • Product must be in original condition with tags intact.
  • Reverse shipment fee of up to ₹100 will be charged and deducted from the coupon amount.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Product must be in unused condition with tags attached.
  • Exchange/return requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.
  • Second-time exchanges are not allowed.
